bye bye period probs

It's time to say bye byeee to period probs… and hellooooo to periods so breezy, you'll forget aunt flo is even visiting!

 

It's something I help women with every day in my practice!

 

I want you to meet my client, Leigh.

 

Leigh came to me with the goals of healing her painful & heavy periods, losing weight, and overcoming insomnia.

 

She'd tried different diets/gym memberships and she'd seen multiple doctors who expressed that all of her issues were due solely to her weight and nothing else. (hint: they were so wrong!)

She went on birth control to help regulate her periods & it did the job for a bit, but not for long… Now she feels birth control is the culprit behind increased anxiety and depression (she's probably right! studies show a strong correlation!). She wants to come off but is afraid (sooo many women are!).

 

She had trouble falling asleep due to a racing mind and anxiety. She'd average 5 hours of sleep per night 😵‍💫 & her energy during the day was CRAP.

Now, 6 months later, Leigh is celebrating sooo many wins!!! Let’s take a look at her journey:

Month 1: No more mid-day work slumps & no longer needing coffee!

Month 2: Now 28 day cycles with only 7-8 days of bleeding each month!

Month 4: Cramping “next to none” & significantly less clotting… Oh, AND down 10 pounds!!!

Month 5: Now getting 8 hours of sleep per night & waking feeling rested with sooo much more energy during the day!
